    Tips for Coronavirus Prevention

Keep your hands clean by washing them often.

Wash with soap and water or a 60% alcohol-based solution (such as hand sanitizer) for at least 20 seconds.

Practice social distancing. Avoid close contact.

Stay at least three to six feet from others to avoid unnecessary exposure.

If you have to cough or sneeze, do so in your elbow or into a disposable tissue, covering both your nose and mouth.

After you sneeze, clean your hands, arm or elbow immediately and dispose of the tissue.

    Avoid touching your face.

This can aid in protecting yourself and others.

Most importantly, if you don't feel well, stay home.

This does not mean you have contracted the virus but this may mean that your immune system has been compromised which increases your risk of exposure.

    Don't ignore the signs.

Symptoms for the coronavirus are flu like symptoms such as coughing, fever, and in some cases, difficulty breathing. If you are concerned that you may have contracted the coronavirus, please call our office at (305) 944-8887.
